To this end, you will use stem cell-based embryo models (2D, 3D, blastoids), human pre-implantation embryos, single-cell transcriptomics and chromatin accessibility assays, genome engineering and computational biology approaches. You will explore the functional significance of an exciting candidate regulator of human pre-implantation development recently identified in the Pasque lab.
