The Process Engineering for Sustainable Systems (ProcESS) unit is a dynamic research group in the Department of Chemical Engineering at KU Leuven, consisting of 4 professors and ca. 40 highly motivated researchers. Focus of the research group is on intensification of chemical processes, the group is a world-leader in this domain. More information on ProCESS can be found on: cit.kuleuven.be/process.

Project

We build further on previous mineral carbonation research where we invented a new method for the conversion of CO2 and extend this novel method to organic conversions.

Profile

We seek enthusiastic young scientists with a solid background and MSc in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials engineering, chemistry, physics or the like.

Offer

We offer you a position in a world-renowned research group where you will have the possibility to interact with many researchers working on a broad range of topics.
