University Professor

Civil Procedure

(full time, permanent position) is to be filled.

Successful candidates are qualified on the basis of an excellent research track record in the field of “Civil Procedure Law” with significant international exposure, which was obtained in an academic career mainly pursued in foreign jurisdictions. Candidates should be able and willing to teach the full range of the subject (civil procedure, enforcement, insolvency, and the respective international aspects) both in German and English.
