The Faculty of Psychology includes the Dean’s office, a StudyServiceCenter and the • Department of Cognition, Emotion, and Methods in Psychology • Department of Clinical and Health Psychology • Department of Occupational, Economic and Social Psychology; • Department of Developmental and Educational Psychology. The course offerings in Psychology include bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies. Currently there are nearly 3500 students enrolled; which are taught and supervised by 220 teachers, within more than 200 courses per semester.

In the work area for Applied Social Psychology and Consumer Behavior Research at the Department for Applied Social Psychology: Work, Education, Economy, we are looking for a scientific employee (Praedoc) with interest in the field of consumer behavior research. Besides scientific research and teaching in the field of consumer decisions and consumer behavior the tasks include participation in university self-administration. Duration of contract: 4 years

- Participation in research, teaching and administration

- Contribution to research projects / scientific studies (e.g., studies in the area of consumer behavior or the perception of food products)

- Contribution to publications / scientific articles

- Contribution to organisation of conferences, meetings, symposiums

- Project application and (external) fundraising

- Possibility to write a dissertation (We expect the successful candidate to sign a doctoral thesis agreement within 12-18 months.)

- Holding classes due to extent regulations of wage agreement

- Examination acitvities

- Support of students

- Participation in evaluation activities and in quality assurance

- Participation in administration of the institute (department) - Participation in research, teaching and administration
