Job profile:
Postdoctoral Position in Strategy and Corporate Sustainability (40-hour week), Institute for Organization and Learning, Team Prof. Dr. Kerstin Neumann, University of Innsbruck, fixed-term for 4 years, starting as soon as possible. Main tasks: own and collaborative research in an internationally oriented research group; development of ambitious research projects; publishing in top academic journals, contribution to the teaching excellence of the institute (4 weekly hours per semester = ca. 45 contact hours); supervision of theses; active role in cooperation with the faculty and PhD-students; participation in the development of the group, including administrative support; support in grant writing efforts.Required qualification: completed PhD/doctoral degree in a relevant field of management or economics; the willingness to conduct outstanding research, capacity for teamwork; excellent theoretical knowledge and interest in the areas of Collaborative/Stakeholder Strategy, Behavioral Theory, Organization Theory, Corporate Sustainability are essential, as well as a high capacity to work empirically (qualitative, and/or quantitative, and/or experimental); high capacity for teamwork and excellent English skills; experience in engaging with companies in collaborative projects and in grant writing is advantageous.
