Postdoctoral Position in Corporate Sustainability and Strategy (40-hour week), Institute for Strategic Management, Marketing and Tourism, University of Innsbruck, fixed-term for 2 years, starting in January 2021. Main tasks: own and collaborative research in an internationally oriented research group; development of ambitious research projects; publishing in top academic journals, contribution to the teaching excellence of the institute (4 weekly hours per semester); active role in cooperation with the faculty and PhD-students; participation in the development of the group, including administrative support; support in grant writing efforts. Required qualification: completed or about to be completed PhD/doctoral degree in a relevant management field; the willingness to conduct outstanding research, capacity for teamwork; theoretical and empirical knowledge and interest in the areas of Corporate Sustainability, Collaborative/Stakeholder Strategy and Organization Theory are essential, as well as the ability to work with and collect qualitative and/or quantitative organizational- or individual-level data; experience in engaging with companies in collaborative projects aiming at data collection is advantageous.
