We are looking for a person with a strong interest in behavioral and experimental public economics and political economy. Fluency in German is required for this position.
The Vienna Center for Experimental Economics (VCEE) is a subunit of the Faculty of Business, Economics and Statistics and offers a vibrant and attractive academic environment in the heart of Vienna. The post doc is expected to do research in behavioral and experimental public economics and to participate in the Center's seminars and other research-related activities. The post doc is required to teach the course "Gründzüge der Finanzwissenschaft" (in German) in one term, while the teaching in the other term can be adapted to the interests of the post doc. The post doc is coached to apply for third-party funding.
- Independent teaching of courses as defined by the collective agreement
- Supervision of students
- Participation in evaluation measures and quality assurance
- Involvement in the department / teaching / research administration
