Research Engineer (m/f/d) for Big Data Science

Our Center for Digital Safety & Security is seeking to hire new Ingenious Partners for our location in Vienna.

Your qualifications as an

• Background in computer science or related field
• At least five years of work experience in information technologies
• Experience in Linux system and network administration
• Excellent programming and scripting skills in commonly used Data Science languages (Python, R, Scala)
• Understanding of Big Data technologies, in particular Apache Cassandra and Spark
• Knowledge of container technologies (Docker)
• Excellent communication skills (English and German are required)

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement is EUR 49.532,--. The actual salary will be determined individually, based on your qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer company benefits, flexible working conditions, individual training and career opportunities.
