The advertised professorship is affiliated to the Clinical Centre for Small Animal Health and Research is intended to further develop dentistry and dental surgery in research, teaching, and veterinary services in collaboration with the existing team.

 Completed studies in veterinary medicine

• Completed subject-related Doctorate / PhD or comparable scientific qualification

• Diplomate of the European Veterinary Dental College (EVDC) or Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College (AVDC)

• Proof of clinical experience in the field of veterinary relevance

• Relevant publication track record in line with the career level

• Evidence of responsible participation in research projects

• Demonstrable experience in the application of state-of-the-art methods in the field

• Didactic qualification or experience in teaching, as well as in supervising and (clinical-practical) training of undergraduate and graduate students

• Networking in national and international clinical-scientific professional associations

• Minimum of 2 years of postgraduate experience

• English level B2
