The University of Vienna, Faculty of Chemistry, has a postdoctoral researcher position available in the area of applied Nucleic Acid Chemistry and Biosensing.

Candidates should have a strong research background in areas related to nucleic acids, and/or biosensing and/or photochemistry. Candidates should also have strong communication skills in English, ability to conduct research independently, and ability and willingness to work with graduate students in the laboratory. The candidate will be part of team of academic and industrial partners performing highly translational research involving using the self-assembly properties of nucleic acids for the multiplexed assembly of silicon-based biosensors.
