Postdoc Position (f*m)

in the Optimization and Optimal Control Group

(full-time, 40h per week)

for an initial period of one year, with starting date to be arranged.

The full-time position is affiliated with the Optimization and Optimal Group at RICAM, located in Linz/Austria.

The hired person will work on optimization and optimal control related to partial differential equations with emphasis on new developments related to machine learning and data science.

Your profile:

  • Doctorate related to the above requirements
  • Strong background in optimization and partial differential equations
  • Strong background in numerical mathematics and computing
  • English skills needed
