The Department of Mathematics, University of Innsbruck, invites applications for a post-doctoral position in Analysis of Partial Differential Equations. We seek a candidate with strong background in the analysis of nonlinear time-dependent PDEs, Harmonic Analysis, and Operator Theory. Additional expertise in Geometric Analysis or Numerics is a plus. Required qualifications: Completed doctoral or PhD studies in mathematics with a focus on analysis; research experience in the field of analysis of nonlinear time-dependent partial differential equations; relevant publications in internationally recognized mathematical journals; excellent English skills; project management skills; creative problem solving ability; independent work and high motivation; experience in dealing with students, especially experience in online teaching, ability to work in a team, willingness to communicate with colleagues. Main tasks: Independent research and qualified participation in research projects; Independent teaching of courses and examinations; Participation in organizational and administrative tasks; Training and continuing education; Administrative tasks.
