These tasks represent our contribution to keeping people and their animal companions healthy and to ensuring the production of healthy food. To meet our objectives, the Institute for Pathology at the Department for Pathobiology is looking for a PostDoc with option for a tenure-track position.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible participation in the diagnostic services (with focus on oncological pathology) of the Institute of Pathology

• performance of independent research projects focusing on digital pathology and image analysis using artificial intelligence

• own teaching activity in pathology

• authoring of research publications and acquisition of third-party funding

• mentoring of undergraduate students and PhD students in the field

• participation in research, teaching and administration
