Offer Description

One vacant position for a full-time University Assistant at the Chair of Process Technology and Industrial Environmental Protection at the earliest possible date in an employment relationship contract limited to 4 year. Salary Group B1 of the Austrian labor agreement, monthly minimum excl. supplements € 3.578,80 for 40 hours per week (14 times a year), actual classification is creditable activity specific prior experience.

Requirements: 
University degree (M.Sc./Dipl.-Ing.) in process engineering, energy engineering, environmental protection engineering or related engineering disciplines. Established German and English language skills are mandatory. 

Field of work:
Process and equipment development of a carbonation process for primary and secondary mineral raw materials as part of a CCUS process. Participation in the teaching and lab-training activities of the chair, especially in the subjects of thermal and mechanical process engineering.

Job Profile: 
Experimental experience with carbonation processes
Basic knowledge in chemical analysis
Experience with CCUS processes
Loyalty, reliability, capacity for teamwork, good communication skills, independent and targeted way of working.

Male candidates are required to have completed military or civilian service.
