Graduate Teaching Assistant (must hold a Diploma/Master’s degree) for a 20-hour/week, four-year position at the Department of Economics

Job Duties:
- Independent research in the fields of Macroeconomics or Monetary Economics aiming at a cumulative dissertation in Economics
- Specialize in one of the following methodological approaches: applied time series econometrics (e.g. VAR models) or dynamic macroeconomics (e.g. New Keynesian DSGE models)
- Contribution to the Department's teaching in the field of Macroeconomics in German or English
Your Qualifications:
- The successful candidate must hold a Diploma/Master's degree in Economics, Econometrics or Finance
- Very good command of spoken and written English (Level C2)
- German skills aren't required
- Excellent coding skills in MATLAB, Python, R or similar object-based programming languages
- Ideally teaching experience in the field of Macroeconomics at the Bachelor level at a university or similar institution of higher education
