for a:
Graduate Teaching Assistant (must hold a Diploma/Master's degree) for a
20-hour/week (part-time), four-year position at the LIT Artificial Intelligence Lab

Work hours can be extended to 40-hours/week depending on external activities.
Job Duties:
- Independent research and active participation in cooperative research projects of the institute, in particular, in the development, evaluation, and practical application of machine learning methods (especially deep learning)
- Publication of scientific results in renowned international journals and conferences
- Supervision of students in seminars and projects; co-supervision of bachelor and master theses
- Participation in teaching of the institute’s courses and administrative tasks
Your Qualifications:
- The successful candidate must hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant discipline (artificial intelligence, computer science, mathematics, bioinformatics, statistics, or related)
- Research orientation and strong motivation to make a dissertation
- Very good knowledge of tTheory and practice of machine learning, e.g. Deep Learning (, Reinforcement learning, and Probabilistic modeling
- Excellent skills in Python programming
- Full command of German and English (German level C1, English level B2)
