Your responsibilities

Stakeholder Relations is responsible for expanding, engaging, and administrating IST Austria’s network of supporters. It works towards creating mutually beneficial relationships with external parties and individuals, particularly through donations. To keep pace with the growth of our successful institute, we are enlarging our team.

• Participate in implementation of a major capital campaign

• Research HNWI in AT, and also in CH and DE

• Research fundraising potentials in public data sources

• Managing/Supporting marketing and promotional activities, e.g. production of information material for donors and update/maintain the homepage

• Organizing and attending events and networking with relevant stakeholders

• Support the Head of Stakeholder Relations in various projects

Your profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in PR, Fundraising, or any related field

• First experience in fundraising (preferably science or university environment), sales or marketing

• Experience in data base management (CRM)

• High level of creativity, persuasion, and networking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (e.g. acquired in an international environment)

• Open minded and communicative personality

• Excellent organizational skills
