In this position you will carry out independent research in the field of aquatic evolutionary ecology by developing a project at the interface of ecology and evolution. The initial idea for the project comes from you, and you develope it in collaboration with Prof. Seppälä and other research groups at the Research Department for Limnology. Collaboration with the research groups at other departments is also encouraged. Possible research fields include, but are not limited to, species interactions, responses to environmental change, evolutionary genetics, and ecosystem functioning. In an ideal case, your project combines different fields.
