  • Total Remuneration $103,193 to $111,140 pa (including salary of $87,200 to $93,915 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

The Educational Quality and Integrity Directorate are seeking an energetic and passionate professional to join our dynamic team as a Work Integrated Learning Officer and provide a key focus on creating exceptional student experiences throughout the student journey.

 

In this role, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with industry stakeholders, management, and academic teams to coordinate the placement of students across our national footprint. Whilst applying your thorough attention to detail, you will ensure that the placement satisfies the relevant course requirements and the standards for external accreditation and placement details are entered accurately into the system.

Position Requirements

 

  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields. 
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work, meet deadlines, deliver services, and resolve complex administrative or client-related problems without supervision. 
  • Knowledge of applicable policies and ability to interpret and provide advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to consult, liaise, advise, and negotiate with stakeholders and clients. 
  • Knowledge of business support software including word processing, spread sheeting, information management systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
