*Continuing position, Part time (0.8FTE) HEO7 - $91,187-$101,987 per annum plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation will apply.*

A continuing position exists for an experienced Wellbeing and Engagement Project Officer to work as part of the Wellbeing and Engagement team, Student Wellbeing and Access, Student Life Division.

The Wellbeing and Engagement Officer undertakes health and wellbeing projects and initiatives that support student safety and wellbeing at the University of Adelaide.  With a dual E health and on campus health promotion focus, this dynamic position will drive wellbeing events with students as partners, will create resources and management of the online wellbeing hub, will support safer campus initiatives and will assist in the implementation and evaluation of the University Student Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy.

To be successful you will need:

  • Proven experience in developing resources and events in support of wellbeing projects utilising a health promotion approach.
  • Demonstrated project management skills including needs assessment, planning, community consultation, evaluation, implementation, and leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of E health initiatives, including management of E health resources and web platforms.
  • Ability to exercise creativity and enthusiasm in the development of new initiatives in collaboration with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills, including the capacity to liaise with and develop relationships across the University and community sector.
