  • HEO6 - TRP $96,086 - $103,670 per annum inclusive of 17% superannuation

About the position

Work Based Learning (WBL) is a critical mechanism through which the University will achieve its strategic aim of graduating people with the skills and capabilities necessary for long-term career success anywhere in the world.

Duties for this role will include but are not limited to:

  • Manages placement application process for industry as required.
  • Undertakes data capture, analysis and reporting – including quarterly internal report.
  • Coordinates placement renewal process with hosts.
  • Undertakes PRM and In Place administration.
  • Provides a coordination and planning function for WBL team – key meetings/room bookings/BD inbox.
  • Undertakes project and event coordination for WBL activities.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have

  • Degree with subsequent relevant experience to consolidate the theories and principles learned, or extensive experience, leading to either the development of specialist expertise or to the development of broad knowledge in an administrative field, or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience. 
  • Experience working in a Work Based Learning or recruitment environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a small team.
  • Experience with CRMs / Salesforce.
