VE Senior Services Officer

• Full-time, Fixed Term position until December 2022

• Salary Level HEW 6 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements

• Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University

About You
You are an excellent collaborator and problem solver, able to actively contribute to developing and refining processes and use your strong communication skills to work with key stakeholders across the university. You will support intake management and selection across Direct, VTAC and International Admissions, using your strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail to manage a range of demands and deadlines in an agile manner.  You may be required to undertake College-wide projects and provide a high level of support and advice to staff and students. Further to this, you will have the ability to manage complex queries and maintain active working relationships to provide the best possible service.   

We are looking for an innovative, agile and collaborative person to join our team in a fast-paced and developing environment to create the best outcomes for our staff and students.
