  • Commencement Salary: $73,341 (effective first pay period after 30 June 2022) per annum (plus 17% superannuation)


About the Role

Reporting to the Team Leader Candidature (Graduate Research), this position is responsible for providing effective and efficient support to the Registrar and Director: Student and Academic Services (SAS), and the office of the Registrar and Director. This is delivered through enquiry resolution, diary and email management and tending to a wide range of administrative tasks that call for sound judgement, initiative, customer service focus, and time management. In addition to the aforementioned tasks, the Unit Executive Officer supports the Registrar and Director in the oversight of the Elite Athlete and Performer program.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Relevant experience in a similar role with commitment to continual professional and personal development
  • Superior customer service and teamwork skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and written skills with the ability to successfully communicate with a diverse range of people
  • High level of organisational and administrative skills
  • Experience using computer information systems (particularly Outlook, the Microsoft Office suite, and Customer Relationship Management Systems)
