About the Job

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate students to join the Campus Central team delivering outstanding frontline customer service to new students during enrolment week and orientation. As a U-buddy you must be friendly, student focussed and possess excellent communication skills whether by email, face to face or telephone.

As a U-Buddy you can be assigned and to work at any of the four metropolitan campuses, however Whyalla and Mt Gambier U-Buddy’s will be based at a single location. Opportunities for further work throughout 2020 may also become available.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will need to be a UniSA student who is in the second or subsequent year of their program and still have a full 12 months of study remaining in 2020.

You will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As you will be assisting new domestic and international students from a diverse range backgrounds and cultures so effective communication is an important quality.

The position will also require you to have a good understanding and general knowledge of the University, including student enrolment, building locations, day to day activities in the life of a student and be able to answer questions and provide general information about Adelaide.

To be considered for one of these positions at Campus Central you must be available for training on Sunday 1 December 2019 and then available for first shifts commencing on Thursday 2 January 2020.
