Are you looking for a corporate travel role with a difference? Curtin University has an exciting and rare opportunity for a travel facilitator to join our team on a continuing (permanent) full time basis.

We are seeking a highly driven individual to join our Travel Operations team based at our Bentley Campus. You will be working with a committed team dedicated to providing excellent service whilst managing staff, student, and group travel for Curtin University.  Our travel facilitators are adaptable and always demonstrate Curtin values when working with internal and external stakeholders.

This role would suit an experienced, motivated, and highly organised individual with a passion for managing travel.

To be successful in this role, you will have:


  • Previous experience in corporate and group travel management
  • A high level of communication (both verbal and written)
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise
  • Positive attitude to problem solving
  • Experience with risk management tracker systems
  • Ability to efficiently learn and proficiently operate multiple systems and programs
  • Experience in fares and ticketing (highly desired)
  • Experience in using online travel and expense management technology, Serko (highly desired)
As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.Only in limited situations will visa sponsorship situations be considered.
