The School of Education and the Arts offers a wide selection of courses in the areas of education, digital media, professional communication, creative and performing arts, humanities, hospitality, early childhood, education support and visual arts.

In this role, you will provide administrative and technical support and services to staff, students and clients, to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Central Queensland Conservatorium of Music (CQCM), its facilities and equipment. You will have excellent planning and organisations skills with demonstrated experience with lighting and sound design and operation within a theatre and studio environment.

• An associate diploma with relevant work-related experience or certificate level qualifications with post- certificate relevant work-related experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. 
• Demonstrated experience with lighting, sound, set design, staging and construction for concerts and theatre productions.
• Demonstrated experience with maintaining and undertaking minor repairs for various items of audio,  lighting, visual, staging and other equipment and technical systems.
