Overview
ECU Survey Research Centre specialises in high quality data collection for health-related organisations, government departments and universities. Our Centre has state-of-the-art technology to conduct outbound telephone surveys.

We are seeking to appoint a casual Telephone Room Supervisor who possesses the following attributes:

  • Experience in supervising a team in an outbound telephone call centre.
  • An experienced leader with strong leadership skills and the ability to coach, mentor and build a team.
  • Great people skills as well as good communication skills with an excellent phone manner.
  • A strong work ethic, quality of work and have a genuine passion for excellent customer service.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO 20252 Market, Opinion and Social Research Standards.
  • Good Excel skills and competent in general computer skills.
  • Willingness to do telephone interviewing when required.
  • Available to work across various shifts: weeknights 3.30pm to 9pm; and weekends 9.30am to 5pm.  
  • You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry and Personal Excellence. In addition, you will be required to attain a Police Clearance.
