CASUAL: $32.86 PER HOUR

Overview
ECU Survey Research Centre specialises in high quality data collection for health-related organisations, government departments and universities. We are seeking to appoint casual Telephone Interviewers to assist in the collection of data through outbound telephone surveys.

Call centre experience is preferred.

You will also need:

  • excellent communication skills;
  • sound general computer skills, with good typing speed and accuracy;
  • good spelling ability;
  • and capacity to work as outlined below with mandatory weekend availability.

SHIFT TIMES:

  • Weekdays: Monday to Friday start from 2pm and up to 8pm
  • Weekends: Saturday or Sunday start from 10am and up to 4pm

MUST be available for a minimum of 4 shifts a week (1 weekend day at least) between the hours outlined above to commence immediately.  

Shifts at times will be a minimum of 3 hours.

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry and Personal Excellence.

In addition, you will be required to attain a Police Clearance and you may be required to obtain a Working with Children Check.
