Technical Assistant (Casual Pool)

• Based in Horizon Hospital and Health Service UniSA Clinical and Health Sciences at the City East, Whyalla and Mt Gambier campuses
• Multiple casual opportunities available
• Salary: $38.35 - $40.91 per hour

About the Role

You will be primarily responsible for providing support to the Horizon Hospital and Health Service (HHHS) Clinical staff along with the HHHS Equipment Technician to ensure that the HHHS operates efficiently via the creation of simulated medical props, adequately stocking the HHHS clinical areas and storerooms and preparing ward lab set ups for the HHHS student skill sessions.

Essential Skills and Experience 

• Demonstrated experience in a service oriented role
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of customers and use basic problem solving skills
• Demonstrated experience with previous roles that required skills in manual dexterity
• Attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate records
