Are you a dynamic, process-driven leader with a passion for education and a desire to help students achieve their dreams? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our fast-paced and innovative Enrolments team are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our ranks.

As the OUA Enrolments Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of our mission to manage the function of online courses available through Open Universities Australia and provide exceptional support to prospective and current students throughout the enrolment journey. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of qualified enrolment advisors, ensuring that they deliver outstanding customer service throughout the student enrolment and curriculum delivery process.

You'll have the chance to flex your leadership muscles and demonstrate your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as you build positive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will also be the driving force behind the development of projects to improve and streamline process efficiency to create a seamless student experience.

We're seeking a creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a talent for multitasking. You'll be working in a dynamic environment, so you must be able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines. You will require the ability to easily learn, adapt and encompass the required systems and effectively utilise the technology and software available. Experience within a tertiary setting, including working knowledge of Student One software is desirable.

You will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.
