As the Teaching and Learning Advisor, you will support the daily functioning of the School’s Teaching and Learning (T&L) portfolio by providing administrative services to staff, students, the Deputy Head of School T&L, and Executive Officer.

You will be supporting the operational facets of the T&L portfolio by providing excellent service, professional communication, data analysis, and expert policy advice.

In this role you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a small team, resolving or referring issues as the primary point of contact for your team.
  • Provide specialist advice on program and course management based on policy and accreditation requirements.
  • Analyse and interpret data and provide reports to inform School Executive, corporate planning, and strategic decision making.

This fixed term position is until April 2025, full time, and will be located at the Callaghan and City Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).


What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $90,316 to $99,655 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.

  • Outstanding data analysis and IT skills including ability to learn university software systems as well as high proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, OneDrive, Forms and PowerBI.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop corporate communications, reports, presentations, and meeting notes. Ability to generate a strong sense of team spirit, cooperation, and collaboration within and across teams.
