To be successful you will need: 

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in supporting talent acquisition activities in a complex environment with competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience in using recruitment systems and in supporting other users to be able to access and action tasks.
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills to enable effective communication across a large and complex organization with a diverse range of clients.
  • Demonstrated high-level written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact with staff and candidates in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
