About the role

Provide project and reporting support for the TAFE Senior Management team.

You will:

  • coordinate project and working group participation;
  • develop and maintain accurate records of projects and working group activities;
  • engage and maintain communications with project stakeholders;
  • coordinate and participate in project and working party meetings; and
  • monitor and review government and external tender and/or funding opportunities.

About you

To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated experience in:

  • providing project support functions;
  • researching and identifying tender opportunities;
  • collecting, collating, analysing and fact checking data; and
  • interpreting and applying organisational policies, procedures and government regulations.
