CQUniversity is seeking a TAFE Partnerships Adviser to provide a supportive service to students and employers associated with apprenticeship and traineeship programs. You will support the successful facilitation of employer and student relationships with the University and maintain records of industry placement needs, training and assessment programs, and associated reporting documentation to ensure that legislative obligations are met, and progression is appropriately managed. You will also have a strong focus on initiating, building and sustaining positive relationships with students and employers to ensure the University successfully facilitates apprenticeships and traineeships to completion.

Position Requirements

 

  • Knowledge of a range of industry issues and training processes relevant to the delivery of vocational and post-compulsory education and training within a workplace environment.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in the use of information systems, web browsers, email software, Microsoft software or similar, customer relationship systems and Quality Standards in order to achieve successful outcomes.
  • A detailed understanding of the policy, contractual and legal frameworks pertaining to apprenticeships and traineeships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
