Working closely with course and unit coordinators and other student services teams across the university, in this role you will support the Faculty of Business and Law’s teaching administration activities. This involves but is not limited to assisting with course and unit preparation, and other administrative processes related to learning and teaching, offering efficient advice and guidance in response to staff queries, and providing students with timely access to course and unit materials.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter that has relevant experience working in similar positions within an educational environment. Your outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills will enable you to confidently liaise with all relevant stakeholders. Additionally, your working knowledge and/or ability to quickly navigate and learn digital teaching delivery platforms such as Blackboard or similar, meet critical dates and deadlines, and manage often competing priorities will enable you to hit the ground running. Ideally, you will also have experience working within the Higher Education sector, although this is not a requirement.
