About the Division of Student Experience and Management:

In collaboration with staff across the institution, the Division provides support across the student and teaching lifecycles, from admission to graduation. We also provide supports that aim to improve and enhance the student experience, including activities that support student wellbeing, connections, and progression that help students achieve success at Flinders.

About the Role

Located at Flinders Regional, Rural and Remote Study Hub – Renmark .Flinders University is seeking a vibrant Study Hub Services Officer to provide front-line support services to students, staff, and a wide range of stakeholders. This pivotal position operates in a supportive local support services team with the aim to positively impact the customer experience and contribute to a welcoming, engaging, and activated Study Hub Environment.

As the Study Hub Services Officer, you will be accountable for:

  • Advising and supporting students on a range of student administration and learning services.

  • Providing a welcoming and supportive environment for students, and efficiently resolving their enquiries through first contact resolution or by warm referrals

  • Utilising Flinders’ student and enquiry management systems (CRM) to interpret, document and refer student enquiries on to appropriate specialists teams as needed.

  • Supporting local events and student focussed activities in conjunction with other teams across the University.
