Overview

ECU's Student Administration directorate processes admission applications, manages fees and scholarships, provides examination logistics, result administration, develops and maintains academic and examination timetables.

The Role

As a Student Transactions Officer in the Admissions Team, you will be responsible for assessing domestic admission applications, processing applications for credit and recognition of prior learning, data entry, international related admission tasks, contributing towards process improvements and handling complex email and phone enquiries.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a busy, high volume transactional administrative workplace
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing work environment with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and solve problems under pressure
  • A sound level of communication and interpersonal skills, whilst working efficiently and autonomously

Benefits & Remuneration

This ongoing position attracts remuneration of $69,152 to $73,652 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
