CQUniversity is seeking an experienced customer service operator to join the frontline services team at our Mackay Campus, where no two days are the same! You will provide support and advice to clients, face-to-face, over the phone and via email. We are seeking a professional administrator that is confident in resolving day to day queries and triaging enquiries to others. You will provide support to our wider team and gain knowledge and understanding of the broader services provided by our Student Engagement Team.

Position Requirements

 

  • Experience working in a front-line customer service role, assisting and triaging enquiries, either face-to-face or on the phone.
  • Experience and knowledge using systems, web browsers, Microsoft Office Suite, or ability to quickly learn.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Proven time management and problem-solving skills with proven ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others.
  • Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the needs of a culturally diverse university community.
