These positions revolve around engaging with students through personalised interactions via phone calls and emails, with a keen emphasis on tailoring assistance to suit each individual's unique needs.

Within our supportive and collaborative team environment, both roles involve close collaboration with faculty staff to conceive and execute projects and initiatives aimed at bolstering student retention and advancement. These insights are instrumental in honing future engagement strategies and optimising our efforts to serve students better.
