Student Administration Services

Student Administration Services (SAS) provides support across the student and teaching lifecycles, from enrolments to graduation. Defined by two interconnected levels of service: the College SAS teams and the University-wide SAS teams, work collaboratively to deliver simple, timely, efficient, and innovative student administration services and advice to both students and staff.

 
About the Role 

In this role you will provide administrative support for a range of student, teaching and learning related matters, this includes:

  • Effective customer service including responding to routine queries from internal and external stakeholders

  • Assisting with student related administration across the student lifecycle

  • Updating and maintaining accurate records on University systems and databases.

  • Assisting Topic Coordinators with the preparation and administration of topics and supplement the administrative support for topic and course development activities as well as placement administration in the College as required.


You will work as part of a highly skilled team to provide support services that align with the University’s strategic goals and assists with the ongoing review of business processes and systems for enhanced innovative business practices and an improved student experience across a range of activities. 

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar role, with relevant tertiary qualifications. You’ll be a well-organised administrator, with the ability to use your initiative to establish and achieve priorities.

You will be committed to providing quality customer service and have well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work to liaise effectively with a diverse range of people. Attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills will be key to success in the role, as well as contemporary IT skills.
