Position Overview
The Student Administration Officer works closely with members of the Student Administration team and with student administration practitioners across campus, liaising with and providing quality advice and service to students, academic and professional staff. The Student Administration Officer is responsible for the provision of day-to-day administrative support for student lifecycle activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and timely escalation of more complex issues to relevant team members.

The ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) is one of seven Colleges at ANU. The College, which is structured into two main research schools, offers degrees in more than 20 discipline areas and excels in research across the creative arts, humanities and social sciences. The College has a substantial international research presence and is a major source of national policy advice.
