Position overview
The College of Business and Economics (CBE) is seeking a candidate with experience in providing high quality customer service, preferably in the student administration and services space.  As an active member of the CBE Student Services Team you will contribute to the provision of high quality administrative services to our coursework and higher degree by research student cohort.

As key member of the Team you will be the first point of contact for our students, providing assistance and support in matters related to the student life cycle.  You will have the opportunity to learn and further develop your knowledge in a wide range of areas including admission, program management, student mobility, graduations, higher degree by research matters, internships and employability. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with great communication skills, a positive attitude and an eagerness to achieve team and individual goals.  The preferred candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
