About the opportunity:

UC’s Campus Estate Planning and Development Team, tasked with delivering the Campus Master Plan and establishing the Capital Works Plan for UC, is currently in search of a Strategic Asset Planner.

This individual will play a key role in providing essential guidance and mentorship to the Facilities, Infrastructure, and Asset Management team, responsible for the day-to-day management of the campus’ assets.

This position offers a significant opportunity to provide strategic direction, mentorship, and leadership to facilitate well-informed decision-making regarding the university's assets, encompassing land, buildings, and infrastructure assets. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing the Strategic Asset Management Plan, devising asset replacement strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies.

If you have significant experience in delivering strategic asset planning services within large and intricate organizational settings, have a demonstrated track record of ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards and looking to work autonomously within a collaborative and supportive environment, then this role might be the one for you.
