Base salary will be in the range $70,318.51 - $77,400.08 + 17% super (HEW Level 3).

About This Opportunity
As a Storeperson, you will play a practical and purposeful role in supporting the smooth movement of goods, materials and services across a fully site-based store environment. Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you will help keep daily operations running safely, accurately and efficiently, contributing to the responsive service culture that supports UQ’s broader community to create change together.
Key responsibilities will include:
Receiving, storing, handling and delivering chemicals, laboratory consumables and other goods in line with operational requirements and safe work practices.
Processing client orders, goods receipts and store records accurately using relevant computer systems.
Prioritising daily tasks to ensure goods and materials are prepared, moved and delivered in an efficient and timely manner.
Providing professional, helpful and reliable service to clients, colleagues and stakeholders across the store environment.
About You
Completion of a trade certificate, Certificate III, or equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant work experience.
Relevant stores, warehouse or goods handling experience.
An unrestricted driver's licence and Queensland LF Forklift licence.
Basic computer skills, including the ability to use Excel, or the capacity to quickly learn Excel, to accurately process orders and goods receipts.
Good communication and customer service skills.
The ability to work safely, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
