  • Full time fixed term for 12 months, located at the Australian Technology Park (ATP), Eveleigh
  • Base Salary $89,759 - $96,764 + 17% superannuation 

About the opportunity

The NSW Space Research Network (SRN) is a university-led initiative of the NSW Government designed to enhance NSW space industry capability through collaboration with government and academic research institutions.

The SRN will build and support collaboration and coordination between government, industry and research organisations to deliver space research and research translation to industry.

We are focussed on positioning NSW enterprise to compete on National and International stages by leveraging available funding opportunities both domestically and overseas. We will do this by connecting key stakeholders to undertake research and development activities aimed at translation into the space sector.

We are seeking a Project Administrator to bring their stellar operational support skills to ensure the effective running of the Network. As well as acting as the first point of contact for the office, this broad reaching role will encompass:

  • coordination of the Network’s communications
  • management of the SRN events and meetings
  • secretarial support to the SRN Board & Members’ Committee
  • managing the administration of membership, stakeholders & prospects.

  • experience providing high level administrative and operational support
  • experience working across a range of software programs

  • administrative experience in a tertiary organisation, working knowledge of academic institutions, structures, and the higher education sector would be highly regarded
