About This Opportunity 

The Service Support Officer provides executive support to the Director, Student Employability and operational support to the Student Enrichment and Employability Development business unit.

Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Provide executive support to Director, Student Employability, including calendar management, travel coordination, and financial administration.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as procedure development, building access, and project support, including staff inductions.

  • Coordinate unit participation in institution-wide events for students and staff, including promotional activities and staff development days.

  • Oversee the review of publications and digital content, ensuring accuracy for materials like the SEED brochure and website.

  • Deliver high-level customer service to students and staff, both in-person and through CRM inquiries.

  • Assist with Work Health Safety (WHS) requirements and provide occasional StudentHub system administration support.


About You  

  • Hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

  • Demonstrate high-level administrative skills, including executive assistance, confidentiality management, and initiative.

  • Show experience in developing operational documentation, coordinating events, and managing promotional activities.

  • Possess proficiency in relevant technologies like CareerHub (StudentHub) and CRM, or the ability to quickly acquire these skills.

  • Prove strong organizational abilities, self-management, and the capacity to establish work priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.

You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment and may be required to complete background checks including, criminal history and education checks.
