About the Role

We're searching for a highly motivated Senior Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Partnering with the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry & Health Sciences (MDHS), you'll dive deep with our healthcare partners to uncover their unique needs. This intel will fuel your creativity as you craft cutting-edge recruitment strategies and source top talent using innovative techniques.

The Senior Talent Partner (Health Partnerships) is a bridge between the university and our healthcare partners. You'll provide expert advice and exceptional service acting as the university's go-to for joint appointments. By building strong relationships across the healthcare sector, you'll deepen your expertise and bring world-class talent to the university.

  • become the go-to resource for joint appointments with MDHS and our health partners
  • lead recruitment across joint appointment to ensure strategic alignment and efficiency
  • oversee risk, compliance, and quality for clinical academic joint appointments
  • lead and contribute to workforce planning initiatives, including succession planning

The Successful Candidate:

The ideal candidate is a seasoned recruiter with a proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly for senior and specialised roles. As a strategic thinker, you'll excel at understanding and aligning the unique needs and goals of various partners, tailoring recruitment strategies accordingly. Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills are crucial for this role, as is a deep commitment to compliance and best practices. You'll be a master at facilitating effective communication and engagement with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

This position requires current valid work rights for Australia; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
