Overview
The current vacancy is in the Fees and Scholarships team, where you will be involved in processing scholarship applications, offers, acceptances and payments, assessing refund and remission applications, fee data quality assurance and assisting with enquiries on the phone and by email.  The successful candidate will also be part of a diverse team which offers opportunities for team members to contribute to continuous improvement and to develop networks with colleagues across ECU.   

We are looking for someone to join the team, who demonstrates the following capabilities:

  • Experience in a complex customer-oriented, high-volume transaction processing environment.
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with a proven ability to establish priorities, achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • A performance-oriented approach with demonstrated ability to act with a high level of initiative, attention to detail, problem solving, analysis and judgement to provide accurate and appropriate outcomes.

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence and Courage.

Benefits & Remuneration
This ongoing, full-time position attracts remuneration of $78,854 to $87,624 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
