About the Program:

The Student Management Systems Transformation (SMST) is a major change project, overhauling the way our students interact with the University. The Project has a University-wide impact setting the expectations of the student experience journey across faculties as well as campuses.

The Opportunity:

The Senior Scrum Master will be responsible for taking on a leadership role in guiding and coaching multiple scrum teams/squads responsible for delivering the SMST program at Monash University. 

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need experience in:

• Leading and managing the end-to-end Agile delivery process with associated sprint ceremonies, ensuring prioritization, iteration planning, and execution through to outcome delivery
• Providing leadership and specialist expert advice on Agile practice, design thinking, and lean mindset
• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of professionals
