Overview
The School of Science at Edith Cowan University (ECU) offers undergraduate, postgraduate and research degrees in a wide range of disciplines. Academics in the School are involved in research and teaching relating to: Computing, Security, Cyber Security, Biological Science, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, with a focus on the continued growth of the disciplines. 

The Role
The school is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join its Operations Team. The role will be primarily responsible for supporting, but not restricted to supporting academic integrity processes, Curriculum Teaching and Learning Committee, major course reviews, assessment extensions, Prize Giving and other teaching and learning events.

Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated high level of administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to accurately maintain administrative systems and procedures.
  • Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise numerous tasks with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and ensure targeted outcomes.
  • Interpersonal skills with the proven ability to develop good relationships and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence and Courage.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time ongoing position attracts remuneration of $78,854 to $87,624 pa plus 17% superannuation.
